I’m Deanna, a trauma-informed, somatic psychotherapist offering therapy sessions to teens, adults, and couples in California. I identify as a second-generation Chinese-American cis woman, and bring these perspectives and my own exploration around how intergenerational trauma and multicultural factors intertwine into my work with clients.

Before becoming a therapist, I held enterprise customer-facing roles in consulting and technology companies. However, my heart has always been in learning about and cultivating personal growth in communication, relationships and facilitation, and I became a therapist to align my time and energy with that which enlivens and brings greater meaning to me.

I understand the importance of creating space for all parts of our identities to show up in the room, and welcome individuals from all walks of life. I have worked with folks from a range of backgrounds, including those from BIPOC, immigrant, ENM, and LGBTQIA+ communities.
