In therapy, we’ll look at what’s beneath your worries, fears, or numbness to uncover what they’re trying to tell you. With curiosity and care, we’ll explore their triggers, trace their origins in your past, and shift old patterns that aren’t serving you anymore. We’ll help you learn how to process your emotions—not just through your thoughts, but also through your body—so they don’t build up and take over the way they have been.

I pull from different approaches—somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems, DBT, and attachment and early childhood experiences—to tailor a holistic approach that fits your needs. I may ask questions to help you challenge your inner critic. Or offer practical tools to build healthy habits and structure your day. Or facilitate a mindful, somatic exploration or explore inner child work. Whatever the process looks like, I’m here to help you move towards living the life you want.

  • Anxiety and depression can show up for many reasons—stress, big life changes, trauma, grief, burnout, or just a slow buildup of emotional strain. Your nervous system can get stuck in “high alert” (anxiety), “shut down” (depression), or a mix of both when it gets to be too much to handle. We’ll work together to help you understand where these feelings come from and help you get to feeli more like yourself again.

  • Yes, I am happy to speak with and collaborate with your doctor or psychiatrist about your care if necessary.
